Cancelled orders & Refunds
We strive to deliver items purchased from crunch munch in excellent condition and within the shortest time possible.
In case you want to cancel any order, the same needs to be done minimum 24 hours before shipping from our source to be eligible for refunds.Once an order is shipped ,the cancel option will not be available on the website. There will not be any refunds once the order has already been processed. Cancellation orders need to be sent through email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will initiate the cancellation request after the mail has been received.
If you have received the package in a damaged condition, you need to report the same within 24 hours of delivery to our email by sending us the photographs at email@example.com. It is our sole discretion to either deliver a new package to you or initiate a refund request. The refunded amount takes 7-8 business days to reflect in your account.
In case you send us back the product without initiating a refund request first, we won’t be liable for the refund.
The refund will be done in the following conditions:
∙€Precancellation of the order by the customer
∙€Order not delivered to the recipient (this does not include wrong or incomplete addresses)
∙€Package damage/loss during transit
Damaged Products and Other Issues
It is suggested to inspect the parcel as soon as you receive it to ensure it’s not damaged. In case the package is damaged.
Pls do not accept from the courier person, incase you have accepted the same only do that after clicking a picture of both package and delivery person.
In case the content inside the package is damaged too you can contact us with the photographs of the same so that we can look into it.
In case you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately with photographs of the same, and we will look into the matter ASAP.
There are few items from our list that comes under the non-returnable category like perishable goods ( food or drinks), customized products, and the items bought during a sale.
In case you have questions related to your item, you can contact as to know whether it’s under the returnable category or not.
In case the packet is not opened only than Return will be accepted or if the seal is not broken
An order may be undeliverable if
*the package is damaged in transit
*delivery is refused by the recipient
*the address given is incorrect
*there is no recipient to accept the order
Our courier partners will not be responsible for retrieval and delivery of undelivered orders .All undeliverable orders will be returned to the source.
Crunch Munch makes every effort to give you excellent service. If you need to cancel the order, please let us know. Please be aware that orders that are already in process with our delivery partners, en route or delivered will not be considered for cancellation. For same-day orders, processing happens immediately and usually cannot be changed. You can reach us to know about the delivery status of your order. Change in delivery address cannot be accepted before one working day for domestic orders. In case due to any unforeseen circumstances, we are not able to deliver the order, we will initiate a refund request. We will not accept return requests 24 hours after the time of shipping.
We will notify you once we will receive the product and done with its inspection to let you know whether the return is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method, which might take up to 7 business days.
